Looking back...
Had a crazy weekend this week
On friday, our youth alpha held our weekend away at a imperial hotel (check facebook for pics)!! IT WAS SO AWESOME!!! we stayed over a night in the suite and talked and played games till late @ nite!! It pays back for me missing the youth camp at GT... *ack* lousy air asia so exp... But anyway we had a crazy fun time there!! we talked about the holy spirit and who is he and offered out an invitation for some of the members to accept Christ and some people also got baptised in the holy sprit!! haha it was fun!
After the weekend away, which ended bout noonish on saturday me and samson had to rush to Eastwood Golf and Country Club to do our sound check for our performance for prom night later in the day... It was so tiring cause both of us barely got sleep the night before... and to make things worst the sound check ran late.
The prom was quite alright... although i didn eat half the food cause there were crab or prawn parts or something like that. Our performance was okay for the first time playing together... WE ARE DAY TIME DRAMA!!! and CURTIN UNIVERSITY MASQUERADE GRAND BALL was our debut!!! muahahahaha we played 5 songs while watching the people eat =D
... later that nite... THE AFTER PARTY!!! which i didnt really enjoy although some dude i met offered me so many beers haha!! went home with a hangover but it was quite a good day... Next week!! HEADED TO THE LONG HOUSE FOR JOHN CURTIN WEEKEND!!!
*p.s. I miss you guys so much*

As The World Goes By...
This the first time I'm posting from the uni computer lab. But something seems different today, as I watch the world pass by without actually feeling part of it... Now I start to wonder how some people do it, do they choose to be separated into two different worlds or maybe they just don't seem to notice the different pace of each of these dimensions in which I am speaking of...
Oh, in case you're not sure what I'm talking about, I borrowed a pair of earphones and was listening to music on the way to uni till now.
Its something rather interesting because in my ears and mind we're going through an entirely emotional situation caused by the music, but it contradicts with what my eyes are perceiving... Everything looks calm on the outside like still water, but within everything is churning up with emotions and relativeness... it's almost like making one of those emo video clips where everything moves slowly and you're just passing through life taking with you only the burdens of your mind. I guess its a matter of multi-tasking, some people might be able to separate two different inputs better then others...
Here's a song that's been ministering to me lately...
Hillsong United - From the Inside Out
A thousand times I've failed
Still your mercy remains
And should I stumble again
Still I'm caught in your grace
Everlasting, Your light will shine when all else fades
Never ending, Your glory goes beyond all fame
In my heart, in my soul, Lord I give you control
Consume me from the inside out Lord
Let justice and praise become my embrace
To love You from the inside out
Your will above all else, my purpose remains
The art of losing myself in bringing you praise
Everlasting, Your light will shine when all else fades
Never ending, Your glory goes beyond all fame
In my heart, in my soul, Lord I give you control
Consume me from the inside out Lord
Let justice and praise become my embrace
To love You from the inside out
Chorus 2x
Everlasting, Your light will shine when all else fades
Never ending, Your glory goes beyond all fame
And the cry of my heart is to bring You praise
From the inside out Lord, my soul cries out

Cold Engines...
I've got a couple of minutes before having to get ready to go to uni. This are going to start getting pretty hectic here as I've got tons of work stacking up and even an examination for one of the subjects this friday... It's not that I am not able to handle the workload, but it seems I've lost the momentum. My engine is still cold and it hasn't been warmed up... If I could just get a kick start I'll be able to get stuff done quicker and would probably be able to ease my workload for the end of the semester.
OH WELL...
- We do not want you to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised.
Hebrews 6:12
- Lazy hands make a man poor, but diligent hands bring wealth.
Proverbs 10:4
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The bible does speak against laziness... Let me pick up my cross and shall I cast down my worries before the Lord! I shall overcome this weakness and step forward... Lord father I pray Lord that You ignite my flame Lord, and grant me the momentum in the thing I have to do Lord...
In The Name of Jesus,
Amen!!

Reckless Abandoned ...
Abandoned is how the blog feels... it's been more then a month since the last posting... deprived it is from such sensual words... This also represents the period i've been away from home.
IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH I've BEEN IN MIRI!!
*am only blogging cause Anders nagged me*
... anyway today is the last day of my first tuition free week! tomorrow I shall return to class and life will go back to normal. I'm missing my friends alot... but other then that I have made tons of new friends here in this strange land which has now became rather familiar to me. The new add-on to my body mass (6.5 kgs in total) is the results of the excess food i've been eating here... Life here seems rather normal compared with home, living alone is not as bad as I thought it would be... I do hate doing the laundry though, thank God for friends with excess space in their washing machines!! (LOVE YOU GUYS!![and girls... mostly girls...])
My walk here has been rather amazing, from the beginning I did not expect to remain consistent in my walk with Christ which was one of the fears that I have been facing, but now I know as the scripture says "Never will I leave you, nor forsake you" is true... Christ have never left me here and has always provided me with my needs. I have been blessed with going to a camp in sibu where i met many new friends and we are rather close now, also I have been blessed with being able to be a leader in running a youth alpha course in campus!! I'm thankful that I am able to speak and share the love of God to some non Christians and am really happy to see the enthusiasm in some of them! God has answered most of my prayers since coming here and my life here has became and amazing testimony in trusting the Lord to provide for all my needs.
Faith
Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for.
Hebrews 11:1-2
If you continue to read through Hebrews 11 you will see the wonders of the Lord if one trusts in Him the Almighty one. Why more shall we doubt, if all things are possible if we trust in the One Lord Jesus? Let this be an inspiration, as we continue to read about the testimonies worked in the bible, let us claim the promises in our covenant with God and claim the victory that miracles shall be worked in and through our lives!!
